Once purchased send us the picture you would like us to place on the pajamas. We edit the image to delete the background to give the floating head pattern as you see in our images. We will then send a picture of what the designs should look like for your approval before starting production.

Custom and personalized orders
Most of our products are custom orders, except the pre-designed items. Please message us if you would like a customization and we will let you know if it is possible
How long does it take to process my order?
If you order a custom item, the process begins once I have all custom requests, photos, etc.
Usually 5 to 7 days after I receive these. You will be informed if there is a delay.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order more than 2 custom items, i.e. you want 5 custom pet portraits created, the process time will increase.What do you do with the paintings you make if I only buy a custom product and not the painting.
Whenever you buy a custom item that requires a painting, I save the paintings in case you decide you wish to purchase up to a month after the products are sent. After that I reserve the right to sell the portrait to other buyers.
I would also like to note that any commission painting can be used for prints and/or other products by the artist to sell to others interested in the portraits.Custom and personalized orders
If you order any custom item, I will send you a draft for approval before the product is made. Please note that if you approve and the product is made there will be no refunds/redo. Only if the product itself is damaged will a refund be issued.

The PJ pants I ordered were adorable! My daughter loved them. The image on the pants was larger than I expected, and looked great! The customer service I received was fast and very helpful.
